My Bakery ("the App") is an idle baking game developed by Vladislav Alhasov ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
The App does not require registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details. Your game progress (coins, upgrades, bakery name) is stored only on your device. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it.
We use Amplitude, an analytics service, to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. Amplitude collects anonymous usage information such as: game events (e.g. baking, purchasing upgrades), session length and frequency, device type, operating system version, country, and a randomly generated device identifier. This information does not identify you personally. See Amplitude's privacy notice.
The App shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier, approximate location (country), and app interaction data to show ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud. Depending on your choices and your device settings (including Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
If you turn on reminders, the App schedules them on your device (for example when a special order or a renovation is ready). They are created and shown by your device; no information is sent to us.
If you choose to send feedback through the form on this website (in the App: Settings → Send us feedback), we receive your message together with the App's language, version and platform, and your email address only if you enter one. We use this only to read your feedback, improve the App and, if you asked, to reply. The form is hosted by our website provider, Netlify. Please don't include personal details you don't want to share. You can ask us to delete your message at any time through the same form.
The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not require or request any personal details from any user.
The App offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never receive your payment details. The App keeps on your device a record of which purchases you own, and our analytics (above) records purchase events, such as the product, its price and the currency, without any payment or personal details. "Restore purchases" in the App's Settings uses your Apple account to bring them back on a new device.
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the App sends your festival score, your stars and your achievements to Game Center, so they can appear on its leaderboards. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Your Game Center identity is not sent to us; our analytics only records whether you are signed in and which scores were sent.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
